Number 4. The Great Weight Loss Challenge



Alright. This is it. Time to get serious. This afternoon, Keith and I will be meeting with a specialists at the Lady of the Lake about losing weight. It will be something we will do together, hand in hand, supporting each other fully through out the whole process.

My goal is to lost about 60 pounds. I would love to lose more, but I set my goal at 60 pounds. I won't tell you how much that will put me weighing but it will be in the mid-100's. So here is how this is going to work. I promised that I would blog about my progess with my 101 and I will. I won't however post a before picture. I did take one in just my undies, and let's just say, that will stay locked up for a very long time! Talk about motivation though. If you ever want to lose weight, take a picture of yourself half naked and you will never want to eat again.

Each day and or night, I will post pounds lost, dietary intake for the day, and probably my disposition at the time. I know without sugar and sweets I can be alittle cranky so that part should be interesting. As I hit big milestones, such as 5 pounds down, or a size lost, I will post that as well. Then at the end, I will do the great closet clean out, go buy me a fabulous new wardrobe and be the person I was in high school!
